CoolAm7 Remarkable album, the Norwegian Blue, idn'it, ay? Beautiful plumage! Favorite track: Quivering Torso.
Outcast Tape Infirmary

Outcast Tape Infirmary This is genuinely one of my favorite albums released this year. So many disparate genres mashed into one cohesive album, and somehow it all works. Favorite track: Quivering Torso.

FoxPuppy It's a very unique and diverse-sounding record full of ambitious sounds that hit the mark backed with production and songcraft that make it fit for repeated listens. Never boring in the diverse sonic choices it makes, but, despite the diverse ingredients, the final product is so very cohesive. Highest recommendation!

Look My Way 03:55
Been reherarsing everything I wanna say about you The way your skin glows in the sunlight in the morning in June But you don't even know I'm there Walking by without a care Look my way, girl (Look my way) Just look my way (Look my way) Look my way, girl (Look my way) Please look my way (Look my way) I dream that one day I will have the perfect words and then Stand up, walk over, look you in the eyes in front of your friends Dazzle you with all my charms And you will take me in your arms Look my way, girl (Look my way) Just look my way (Look my way) Look my way, girl (Look my way) Please look my way (Look my way) <Instrumental break> But you don't even know my name Every day my prayer's the same Look my way, girl (Look my way) Just look my way (Look my way) Look my way, girl (Look my way) Please look my way (Look my way) Too shy to ever have the chance to be your man But maybe one day you will see me for who I am Look you in the eye and tell you I could be the one Take me by the hand and walk together in the sun Look my way, girl (Look my way) Just look my way (Look my way) Look my way, girl (Look my way) Please look my way (Look my way) <Repeat to fade>

One for sorrow, two for joy Three for a girl and four for a boy A morning off I'll misemploy I'll sit here counting magpies Five for pizza, six for cake Counting magpies while I bake Getting fat, better watch my waist Go jogging, counting magpies Guilty pleasures, simple things Shower songs and party rings Romance books from bargain bins I just like counting magpies Seven for scritches, eight for rubs Knocking the lid off the dry food tub Too fat to catch them, but my cat loves Treats, and counting magpies Nine for the moon, and ten for the stars Dreaming of little green men on mars Space tourists, clones, and brains in jars I'm happy counting magpies Eleven grams is a rabbit's brain They put our human smarts to shame Frolick in fields while we slave away No work, just counting magpies Twelve for wealth, we all need that You spend yours on pointless tat I'll buy a birdbath, a new straw hat Doze off while counting magpies Thirteen's unlucky, or so it said In a fortune cookie I once read I think I'll quit while I'm ahead Go back to counting magpies

Manchild 04:26
And every time you crave for me, I'm here And anything you hunger for, I'll share And I will be quietly standing by While slowly I am dying inside Hold me in your arms And let me be the one Who can feel Like I Am a child In love Every time I talk to you, you're down And every time you need a laugh, I'm around And when you forget I'm here, I'm not It isn't really me that you forgot Hold me in your arms And let me be the one Who can feel Like I Am a child In love Whisper now And tell me how You'll watch me And tell me Somehow I'm gonna be alright

Miami Skies 07:06
Come and sit with me in the evening light Our hopes and dreams will crystallize Lay down with me under the starry night Let's drift away under Miami skies Close your eyes and listen to the tide Feel the ocean breeze, your hand in mine Come with me on this intergalactic ride The moon and the stars will be our guide The first rays of light across the bay Our souls intertwined as our bodies play The morning chorus leads the way As the sun starts to rise on another day (Lay down with me) (Let's drift away) (Come and dream with me) (Just float away)

about

Genre isn't dead. It's just... Pining for the Chords (apologies to Monty Python).

My debut album, with influences from across the board - 80s pop ballads, synthwave, folktronica, electro-swing, chillwave, indie rock... all recreated to a lesser or greater extent, and all given my own unique spin on things. Not at all what I thought I would be doing when I started making music, and a lot of artistic choices borne of working around restrictions: restrictions in my own skills; restrictions in my ability to record clean vocal takes in a sweltering-hot spare room at home over a noisy PC; equipment restrictions leading to exclusive use of software instruments. That said, this is so, so much more representative of "me" than what I thought I would be doing.

All mistakes my own; poor mixing choices, shoddy mastering, dodgy lyrics, or downright dull tracks all on me. Except the lyics for Manchild, because I didn't write those.

Hopefully it doesn't make your ears bleed. Or.... maybe you like that?
